The challenge.

As lockdown hit in March 2020, our customer’s internal teams were overwhelmed by the sudden shift to remote working. Whilst remote working was already possible for some, they needed to set it up for all individuals, much faster than they had anticipated.

Their main challenge was enabling telephony teams to speak with customers from home. Initially, they needed to install a specific software on 1,000 new machines as quickly as possible. Their existing supplier found this to be too much of a challenge and couldn’t image the systems in the timeframe required.

They reached out to us for the first time, and we knew we could rise to the challenge.

Our solution.

Our first step was to test the imaging processes and confirm with our customer that everything was working as required. We then reimaged all 1,000 machines within four days, and delivered them to or customer’s site for redistribution. This enabled their telephony team to transition quickly to remote work.

We’ve worked with this customer since to reimage existing machines to be repurposed, and to image additional new machines. This has enabled us to form a great relationship with the business.
